Maintaining a regular exercise routine is one of the best ways to continue living a healthy lifestyle or improve your current level of fitness. BUT, here at Vodou Wellness we know that life gets in the way and trying to stick to a routine can be tricky. That's why we're here to show you some simple and effective exercises (ones that most CPTs love) so that you can learn to structure your own exercise routines to best suit your needs. This program will begin with one exercise and continuously build each day until we have covered all ten of my favorite "staple" exercises. Now, I'll go ahead to tell you that this challenge won't magically give you abs in ten days or give you a perfectly round booty. However, it will help to give you the tools to maintain a sustainable fitness practice by teaching you foundational exercises that engage each major muscle group. So, you can add this challenge to your existing routine for a little extra movement, or, use this as your starting point to give yourself the boost you need start a successful journey.
