The VW vision is to incorporate wellness-focused fitness strategies with intuitive nutrition practices that leave room for all of your fitness goals while allowing you space to enjoy life's pleasures; you won't find any toxic fitness or diet culture here!This vision stems from its founder, Sara Locklear Burden, and her background in Alternative Medicine, sports, and nutrition, as well as her partnership with Kind Yoga and its associated spiritual wonders.
